NOTICE: Once your package is with the mail carrier, we can’t control unexpected delays like weather so we recommend scheduling your order to arrive a day or two early just to be safe. Our cookies stay fresh for several days at room temperature and much longer when frozen.

Our cookies are baked fresh and shipped with love, but we do not include insulated packaging or ice packs.

During warmer weather, we recommend keeping an eye on tracking updates and making sure someone is available to receive your delivery. We ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays, but even if your cookies arrive a little warm from their journey, they’ll still be delicious and safe to enjoy!

To ensure freshness, we release a limited number of cookies for sale every Sunday, and orders are shipped out every Tuesday. Cookies are baked-to-order and transit times are kept as short as possible. However, mail carriers can experience unexpected delays. If you are purchasing cookies for an event/party, plan ahead and place your custom order early. Our batches sell out quickly!

We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your cookies are being processed for shipment. If you don’t see the confirmation, check your spam or junk folder just in case.

At this time, we offer a selection of preset event and party packages designed to make ordering simple and stress-free. Each package includes a fixed assortment of cookies and requires a minimum order quantity.

If you’d like to customize your selection, you’re welcome to order cookies individually - just note that each flavor must be ordered in quantities of 20 or more.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 5-7 days.

Want to save some for later? Wrap them individually and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months or until the craving strikes.

🚫 Avoid refrigerating cookies! It dries them out and shortens their delicious lifespan.

All of our cookies are baked in our home kitchen, which also handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts. Each cookie’s product page lists its specific allergens. While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen-free. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please contact us with any questions before placing an order. We’re happy to help guide you safely.

For that fresh-from-the-oven experience, warm cookies in a 350°F oven for a few minutes (5–10 minutes if frozen) until perfectly gooey. Can’t wait that long? 20 seconds in the microwave will do the trick.

We don’t bake traditional cakes or cupcakes, but our cookies love to be the star of the party! Try creating a cookie charcuterie board or a fun themed display like a “cookie mosaic.” They’re just as festive and maybe even sweeter.

We handcraft our cookies in small batches daily, which means we’re unable to adjust size or flavor for special requests. The good news? Our cookies are perfect for sharing or saving for later! They freeze beautifully for future snacking moments.

At this time, we don’t offer our cookies for wholesale or retail resale. Every batch is baked small-scale, fresh, and with the care that makes them uniquely Sweet Three.
